WELCOME TO THE FAUX CHARLOT

It's back!
The Faux Charlot (or, The Fake Charlie) is a photo blog celebrating people around the world who have dressed like Charlie Chaplin's Tramp character or portrayed Chaplin himself. The good, the bad, the ugly, the bizarrre, and the historical. This blog has been featured in the German Film Institute's 2012 Chaplin retrospective, and is operated by actor and Chaplin impersonator Damian Blake. Some of Blake's photos from his personal collection were featured in the 2021 Showtime documentary 'The Real Charlie Chaplin'!
